Al Kout & Al Manshar Mall, Fahaheel

 
 
Al Kout is a very beautiful Mall outside of Kuwait in the district of Fahaheel, right at the ocean.
It usually is quiet and not so crowded like the others with cafes and restaurants to sit outside.
It contains nice shopping areas, a vegetable market, one of the Fish markets, a Sultan Center, a small Dhau harbor and is located right beside a beautiful beach and near some small local souqs (markets).
It also has a shop for your Wataniya payments and Internet and Phone service sign-up. 
 
Al Manshar is right at the opposite of Al Kout Mall and contains a good Sony shop, an Apple store and some Restaurants (like Johnny Rocket).
 
Most shops follow the Kuwaiti opening hours! Means from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. to whatever time in the evening.
Sultan Center is open from 6 a.m. to (I think) 1 a.m. at night.
